Sam has worked in property for more than 10 years and has vast experience in navigating the housing market, both within London and nationally. Sam spent 8 years at a prominent London estate agency, assistant managing a large sales team whilst also facilitating his own individual sales. During this time, he worked across a wide range of clients, spanning from companies and investors to high net worth individuals and first-time buyers, driving all aspects of the sales process, including valuations and instructions.

Sam joined WeBuyAnyHome in 2018, where his extensive knowledge of the property market makes him an invaluable member of the underwriting team. He works closely with our legal counsel and analyst teams to accurately assess property values and risk, whilst simultaneously managing both a vast portfolio and an impressive investor network.
